Who is eligible for overtime?

• Applies to nonexempt employees who work more than 40 hours in a week

Compensation options

• Regular and Contingent II nonexempt employees:

  • May choose cash overtime or compensatory (comp) time.

  • Make your selection:

    • On the Preference Page, or

    • Directly on the timesheet at submission.

• Hourly employees:

  • Paid cash overtime only.

Can I mix cash and comp time in the same pay period?

• No. One compensation method applies to all overtime in that pay period.
