How do I view my compensation and pay increases?

To view your compensation history, simply click on the "Compensation History" link in the right-hand menu once you are in My WorkView. The screen will initially display your salary history for the last two years. If you need to see an earlier period, just use the "View Another Date Range" option to select a different timeframe.
