How do I move my Panopto videos into Yuja?
You may manually transfer individual videos that are saved in Panopto into Yuja. To do so, you will need to download the video, save the file, and then upload it into Yuja. These steps are shown below:
Access your Panopto folders via: https://umbc.hosted.panopto.com
Open the “browse” folder as shown:
Access the folder(s) where the video(s) are stored. These are stored under the tab “My folders” and may be located in your “My folder” or in your course folders.
Open the video and select the three vertical dots in the upper right to select “download podcast” as shown:
Right click on the MP4 file from your downloads folder to copy the file to a folder on your device.
Open Yuja via:
UMBC YuJa Platform
Click “upload” to upload a video into your MyMedia folder
Select the “drag and drop” or browse your files to select your video.
Your video will be added to your Yuja MyMedia folder where it can be shared or published to a course. Access the share and publish settings by clicking on the three vertical dots.
