MPR Ceiling Arrays Configured

The ceiling mic array is now being controlled as required.
Ceiling mic array status light colors mean:
1. off - system is off
2. Red - ceiling mics are not sending audio to the far site
3. Green - ceiling mics are sending audio to the far site
Voice Lift Status (in-room sound reinforcement) is indicated by the LED on the top of the touch interface
1. Red light - Voice Lift is muted (default state).
2. Green light - Voice Lift is on.
How to unmute
Voice Lift
: Press the Room Layout button to access the Voice Lift Mute button.
Support notes::
1. The ceiling LED indicates whether audio is being sent out of the room (while using the dialer, a soft client, or Polycom).
2.The LED on the top of the touch panel indicates in-room sound reinforcement status (Voice Lift). This is an actual status and remains red (muted) when the system is off and touch panel is dark.
3. Voice Lift is muted by default when the system is off. Go to Room Layout in order to unmute.
4. When using the Dialer, use the Privacy Mute button to avoid sending audio out. This is controlling the POTS line.
5. When using soft clients such as Skype, use the audio controls within the application.
