Your focus will be on producing error free work. That means spending time building knowledge and working slowly until work is mostly error free (for example, when filling in a spreadsheet, only 1 out of 20 lines has an error).
All work must be checked for errors as it’s completed.
When uncertain, or when encountering something new, you ask questions. Do not guess.
Each shift, you need review procedures and tutorials pertinent to your training until you know the content.
Take notes, and during each shift spend time organizing and reviewing their notes.
When you receive corrections, record the errors made in you’re notes and review them with their other notes to ensure that the same errors don’t happen repeatedly.
Be aware of resources needed to do their work and where to find those resources.
You should spend time setting up your computer and browser for efficient work.
