This license is intended to be used only for academic/course work and not for commercial purposes.

Please submit an RT ticket indicating the device's operating system (Windows, Mac) if you need access to the MATLAB installer (with install instructions) or if you'd like to have an IT staff member install it on a UMBC owned computer that remains on campus (classroom computers or instructional lab computers for example). A network license installation of MATLAB requires the computer that it is installed on to be perpetually connected to the campus network for MATLAB to function (or connected to the VPN if off-campus). For personal computers that are not UMBC owned, please install MATLAB using the stand-alone installation instructions.
