myUMBC usernames/user IDs cannot easily be changed at this time without potentially severe disruption to a user.
If you want to change your username because of harassment, stalking, or other such factors, contact abuse@umbc.edu to discuss the situation. If you're looking for an alternate email address, you can create an email alias. You can have up to three aliases on your account that can be used for most communications.
