- If you have not already, download the application from the Appstore.
- As well the first thing you should do when entering a room is turning on the AV system and switching it to the VIA option.
- When you open up the application you will be presented with the login screen:
- First, you will put in the Room Name, which will be the IP address in the room you are using. The IP address will be on the tv screen and look like 130.85.123.25, or something similar.
- You will also enter a nickname which can be your name.
- From this, you will press login and be prompted to put in a four-digit code that will show up on the tv screen in your room.
- From here you can share your screen. With your Mac, you can use the airplay option to share your content.
- When you click on airplay you will look for the room you are in and enter the four-digit code.
- When you are done disconnect airplay and close out of the VIA application.
