Sharing a notebook differs from device to device. When you share a notebook, you are sharing the entire notebook’s contents. This is very different than sharing a PDF printout of an individual page.
The following set of directions are OneNote for Mac, but are similiar on other devices:
On the top right-hand corner, click the “Share this notebook” button.
Click “Invite people to Notebook”.
Type in the UMBC emails of the individuals you want to share the notebook with.
