  1. Open your UMBC Google Calendar and schedule new a meeting or select an existing meeting. Add the keyword @webex in the location field of the meeting and save the meeting.

                    

Tip

"@meet" can also be used. The "@webex" keyword will use the users personal meeting room URL whereas the "@meet" will create a unique, on time meeting room.


2. Allow 3-5 minutes for the Webex meeting details to automatically populate in the meeting for you and your guests.
