- This form is supposed to be filled out when a non-authenticated member (someone without a myUMBC login) collaborates with UMBC as an institution or a contact that is authenticated with UMBC.
- The form is given the ‘External’ designation because it is initiated by the Vendor, who is not authenticated.
- The Vendor will start on the web form, and will be prompted to enter their name, email and firm name. They will also be asked to enter a UMBC contact name and email, though it is not required.
- From there they are taken to Docu-Sign where they are attaching required legal documents, listing their products or services, address and organization type.
