Introduction to e-resources materials:
"E-resources" is a broad category of digital materials, including (but not limited to) ebooks (reference and non-reference), streaming media, electronic serials, and databases In EDS. The E-Resources Team's mission is to evaluate e-resources, describe their points of access, define the workflows for their maintenance, and list known issues and troubleshooting procedures.
The three broadest areas of access to e-resources are EDS, CatalogUSMAI, and AtoZ/Publication Finder. For the most part, we will describe how e-resources appear and behave in these contexts, though we will occasionally have reason to consider e-resources in the contexts of their native vendor and/or publisher platforms.
