Instructors and TAs can filter their gradebook view by multiple variables like users, groups, items, and categories. This dynamic experience allows multiple filters to be used on demand. Besides seeing the filters in the gradebook, you can move back and forth among the students’ submissions that are included in the selected filters.

Tell Me

1. Access your Ultra course.
2. Click on Gradebook from the course menu.
3. Click on the grid icon to enter the spreadsheet view.
4. Select the filter icon on the right side of the gradebook.
   
   
   
   
5. Choose the parameters for your filter.
   1. Enter first or last name for student(s).
   2. Enter group name(s).
   3. Enter gradable item(s).
   4. Select specific category / categories.
6. Click Apply.
