Best Practices

Below are a few suggested best practices.

  • If you do not know the student's Campus ID, use the Lookup feature in the Faculty Center.
  • You must disable pop-up blockers for the site to ensure the transcript can opened in a separate window.
  • Once you run an unofficial transcript for a student, the report is saved and presented on the unofficial transcript page.  Unless there have been changes to a student's transcript since the last time you ran the report, you can view the saved unofficial transcript by clicking on the appropriate link on the Unofficial Transcript page.
  • For questions or issues with a student's transcript, submit a Help Desk ticket. In the subject line include the following: "Unofficial Transcript," Student Name and Campus ID.
