In order to avoid additional cost or fees, you will need to do the following:

  • Select an account preference upon receiving your card from Higher One.
  • Log onto the account AT LEAST once every 9 months.
  • Use the Higher One ATM locations provided on campus (University Center or RAC) or any other Higher One ATM location.
  • Always safeguard your card.
    • Always use “Credit” (Not Debit) when using the card for purchases

    TITLE IV aid can only be credited towards institutional charges. Non-institutional charges such as late payment fees, future semesters etc. cannot be paid from your TITIE IV aid. This may result in a refund being generated leaving an outstanding balance on your account for which you are responsible.
