Customer Support Overview

The SA Team is dedicated to ensuring the SA End-users have the support necessary to successfully use the new tool to perform their jobs.  We will be updating this page with support contact information, FAQs, and links to additional support pages to assist you in this effort.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  When will I receive training on SA?

A.  Just-in-time training will be provided to persons impacted by the SA implementation approximately 4 weeks prior to when the end-user will need to use the system.  Training will be offered using various learning methods to include, but not limited to, instructor-led training, lunch & learns, and self-paced instruction.  All training events will be communicated via Insights Weekly and other forums, and posted for self-registration via the UMBC training registration website at www.umbc.edu/training.

What Help is Available?

Training Videos and Quick Reference Guides are available for viewing from the myUMBC Faculty Center and Staff Center, and can also be found by click on the Training link on the left menu. 

Functional, or administrative process questions, should be directed to the appropriate UMBC office.
