How to Set Up Phone Services
- Open the WEBEX TEAMS desktop application and locate the PHONE SERVICES MENU in the BOTTOM PROFILE AND PREFERENCES/SETTINGS MENU (your image or your initials) in the UPPER LEFT CORNER of the screen:
Select OPEN CALL PREFERENCES
- Select SETTINGS:
- Select PHONE SERVICES in SERVICE in the options menu. Enter your UMBC credentials in the ACCOUNT INFORMATION FIELDS and click SAVE:
How to Make a Phone Call
- Click the PHONE icon on the left-hand bar of Webex Teams.
- Dial the phone number in the keypad just as you would on your office phone and click CALL.
- Campus Extension – dial 5XXXX.
- Off-Campus Number – dial 9, then the 10-digit phone number.
