  1. Open your UMBC Google Calendar and schedule new a meeting or select an existing meeting. Add the keyword @webex in the location field of the meeting and save the meetingClick the dropdown next to Add Video Conferencing to select a Webex Meeting or Webex Personal Room Meeting.

"@meet" You can also be used. The add the keyword "@webex" keyword will in the location field to use the user's personal meeting room URL. "@meet" can also be used. 


2. Allow 3-5 minutes for the Webex meeting details to automatically populate in the meeting for you and your guests.

3. After the meeting information populates, you can edit the meeting by clicking the Webex Icon on the right side of the screen. You can assign alternate hosts and disable the entry and exit tone from here.
