Reasons for Form: To request permissions to enroll in more than 19.5 credits in a Fall/Spring semester, more than 8 credits in one of the two Summer sessions, or more than 4.5 credits in a Winter session.
Workflow:
The web form is access by students through the UMBC Registrar's website where they will fill out the necessary information.
Then the student's major advisor will look over the form sign.
OAPA will be the last to receive the form and confirm all the information.

How to fill out the form:
After accessing the webform the student will then be transferred to the document where they will fill out the required data entries. It will be signed by the advisor and looked over by the OAPA office where they will confirm the document.
