Use of cell phones is permitted within the Library, except on the 5^th and 6^th floors where they must be turned off. Such use must, however, conform according to the quiet rules articulated herein. Ringers must for each floor. Ringers should be turned off or set to vibrate on the 3rd and 4th floors, and cell phones must be turned off on the 5^th and 6^th floors.
