We strongly recommend that students and parents have the tax return transcripts sent to their home, and then provide the UMBC Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships with a copy.

Tax return transcripts sent directly from the IRS to UMBC cannot always be linked to the student’s file.  Each page of the document should contain the student’s name and campus ID number.
