Whether you're holding a town hall or hosting a virtual open house, you can deliver a polished, interactive presentation with multimedia, Q&A, and polling to engage your audience.

A Host has control over every aspect of the event and can change the roles of people in the meeting at any time.

A host is the Presenter by default, which gives the ability to share your screen. Presenter privileges can be passed to panelists by right-clicking on their name or dragging the blue presenter ball.

Before your event, get familiar with how to schedule an event and know the basics of Webex Webinars . Webex Webinars is not the same as Webex Meetings - scheduling an event and being an event host requires practice. We recommend running a test session with the host and panelists prior to running the actual event.
