Adding colleges to theses and dissertations in PastPerfect
- Open PastPerfect
- Open Library catalog
- Open Query
- Field: select Series
- Condition: Contains text
- What: UMBC Theses and Dissertations
- Search Now
- View Selected Catalog Records
- Open Custom tab
- Select Edit
- Highlight the UMBC College field - it will turn yellow
- Press F7
- Double click the appropriate college (see below)
- Select Save
- Select Next to go to the next record. You do not need to exit the Custom tab before going to the next record.
