  1. Have Download the user download the USERTrust CA.
  2. Go to Keychain Access on the user's Macyour Mac (you can do this by pressing Command + Spacebar to bring up Spotlight Search and then just type in Keychain Access).
  3. Drag and drop the USERTrust CA in Certificates.
  4. Right click on the USERTrust CA, and select Info.
  5. Under Trust, click Always Accept.
