You will be able to retrieve the GA’s Appointment Letter that you are searching for from DocuSign if you have an account and either of these cases are true:

  • You were the initiator of the Tuition Remission.
  • You were part of the signing process for the Tuition Remission


  • Log into DocuSign with your given UMBC email.
  • On the top of the page, select “Manage.”

  • On the top right of the page, select the search box labeled “Search Inbox and Folders.”
  • Enter the name of the student and then select “Apply”

  • The student’s Tuition Remission should be labeled as “GA Tuition Remission for [Student’s Name] - [Part time / Full time] - [GA Service]”
