Summary REX reports are available to any instructor with access to the PeopleSoft advising system by default

  1. Go to http://rex.umbc.edu/
  2. Under Getting Access, click Submit an RT Ticket
  3. Select Access from the Reason for Request drop down. 
  4. Fill out the rest of the form
  5. Click Submit
Your request will be processed and you will receive follow-up information once it has been processed
  1. Click on Guided Reports

  2. Login with your username and password, adding "ad/" as a prefix to your username

  3. The first time you access REX you will need to accept the FERPA acknowledgement.
