Log in to your email at gmail.umbc.edu
1. Open Gmail.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, then click on Mail settings
3. Under the General tab, you will see a section for Conversation view
4. Click the radio button Conversation view off
5. Scroll down and click on Save Changes at the bottom of the window.

6. Select Settings.
7. Scroll down to the Conversation View section (stay in the "General" tab).
8. Choose Conversation view on or Conversation view off. 
9. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
   

Once you have done this you should see email un-threaded view. You can switch back any time if you prefer the conversation view to be on.
