All media items may be renewed one time only.

Materials borrowed from UMBC are renewable online through your Library Account. If you do not wish to renew your items online, you may bring them to the library to be renewed. We do not renew items by telephoneYes. You can renew DVDs and CDs that aren't on reserve once through your Library Account. This extends the due date 7 days from date of renewal (e.g., renewing a DVD on the 20th makes it due on the 27th). You can also renew items at the Media desk (but not by telephone).

Course reserves, equipment, and recalled items cannot be renewed and must be returned by original due date/time.
