• Unless personal in nature, ALWAYS respond to comments ON the page, to show others you’re attentive; also the answer may benefit others who come along later.
• Show AND Tell a task wherever possible.
• If you create a video, no more than 5 mins max (preferably 3 mins or less)
• Refer and link to the FAQ as an INITIAL resolution to similar RT requests, so your resolution leads users to users understand where they could have gotten help themselves before requesting it.

Tell Me

1. Click the New button and select New Folder
2. In the pop-up window that appears, enter the folder name.
3. If you wish to keep the folder private, select Keep private for now. You can also share the folder with others by selecting Invite people to upload or download files and type their email addresses in the box below.
   
4. If you elected to share the folder, you will also need to choose their access type.
5. Click Okay.
