On the Control Computer:
- Open DFM TCS Software
- Go to "Telescope" on top bar
- Select "Rates"
- Set RA tracking rate to 15.042 arcsec/sec
- Click Apply
- Verify tracking rate on the center status panel "Rates" that 15.042 had been successfully applied
