  1. ARRANGING FOR SUPPORT: Patrons requiring computer set-up in the Library Gallery, 7th floor open area, or room 767 should complete the form at the following web address: http://aok2.lib.umbc.edu/lits/events/
  2. TRACKING REQUEST: Once the web form is completed an email confirming the arrangements is generated and sent to the requestor, Head of Library Computing Services and the LCS list. An entry is also created at the following web address: http://aok2.lib.umbc.edu/lits/view_rentals.phpevents
  3. PAYMENT: After the event has occurred, Head of Library Computing Services contacts Library Accounting and Receiving which generates a journal entry to the department charging the appropriate chartstring.
