-         MHCC Civil War Sesquicentennial coordinating committee: Jenny  Jennie Knies reported on suggestions from the committee.  They shared information about the Civil War 150 Legacy Project being conducted by the State Library of Virginia.    This program sponsors digitization events around the state and digitizes civil war documents that the public owns.  There are guidelines for the items that are accepted for the program.  The committee suggested that the collaborative consider a similar project and hold events at institutions that have digitization equipment.  Some members volunteered their institutions.  Jenny will send out an email for people to sign up for the project and attend a preliminary meeting.

-         MHCC Wiki subgroup:  Michael Scott reported that the committee will be sending out a survey to get an idea of how collaborative members use the wiki.  She also reminded members that she is willing to help or post information to the wiki for institutions.
