    • 260 $a was not required when most of these were cataloged, so that doesn't affect the match.
    • 505 Not necessary, but if you're deciding between two good records, pick the one with this field.
  4. Export to ALEPH:
    1. This will create a new record, so search by OCLC number to pull up the bib record.
    2. Add XPT $a Y $ MUB (Alt-X macro)
    3. Create new item:
      •  BC-BC
      •  MSTCK
      •  PHONO
      •  Item status 08
      •  Barcode (put on upper right corner of the cardboard sleeve)
      •  Assign accession number: I:\BMS\Accession Lists\UMLP.xlsx
      •  Put accession number label over old call number label on left upper corner of cardboard sleeve.
      •  Create new HOL
        1. OWN $a BCHOL (Alt-O macro)
        2. 852 8_ $b BC-BC $c MSTCK $h UMLP####
