Signs submitted by library staff and/or Signage Work Group members should adhere to the Style Guideline for Library Digital Signs and be relevant to our community with an emphasis on library content. Signs submitted to the Signage Work Group should be finalized before sharing with the entire group. Please specify the display which the sign content is indended to be shown on. For a list of the available displays and their sizes, check the Displays page.

Approval

Signs must be submitted to the group for review. If any member of the group has an issue with a submission, the group will discuss the submission before it is posted to any display. If the majority of the group approves the sign after discussion and/or revision, then it may be posted.
