Items that have no usable OCLC records should be given to the E-resources/Media Cataloger after three months; copy-catalogers may search as often as they can during these three months and copy-catalog them if a record becomes available during that time. After an item is kicked out to the original cataloger, it will not re-enter the normal workflow.
